Liposarcoma is a rare type of cancer that develops on the connective tissues but resembles more-of fat-cells when viewed on a microscope. Liposarcoma can develop on any part of your body. however, based on research, more than 50% of liposarcoma cases, it involved the thigh while up-to a third was found to develop in the abdominal cavity though this type of cancer often affects adults that are between the age of 40-60 years but on small instances that it does develop in children but if it happens then it usually develops during their teenage years.
